CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

I, the User of the PromoOS Service, by registering in the Service at https://account.promoos.tech and by ticking the box “I consent to the processing of my personal data”, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give specific, substantive, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

1. Operator

OsOO «Promoos» («PromoOS» LLC), registration number 329936-3301-ООО, TIN 00906202610151, address: 64b Erkindik Avenue, Pervomaisky District, Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, email: support@promoos.tech.

2. Purposes of processing

  • registering and maintaining the Account, and providing access to the Service;
  • performance of the Public Offer, including generating Content at my requests;
  • processing payments;
  • sending information messages related to the performance of the contract and the security of the Account;
  • responding to requests to the support service;
  • publishing Content to the social media accounts I have connected;
  • for Partner Program participants — recording referred customers, calculating and paying remuneration, and fulfilling the Operator’s tax obligations;
  • ensuring the security of the Service.

3. List of personal data

  • email address, country, interface language, referral code;
  • name — if I have specified it in the profile;
  • business questionnaire, photographs and own content — to the extent they contain personal data;
  • publishing profile identifier and names of the social media accounts I have connected;
  • Telegram user identifier — if I pay in Telegram Stars;
  • country of residence (if specified);
  • IP address, data on the browser, device, time zone and interface language;
  • information on the use of the Service (dates and times of logins, requests, features used);
  • prompts and uploaded files, if they contain personal data;
  • payment information without full bank card data (transaction identifier, last 4 digits of the card, amount, currency);
  • for Partner Program participants — the full name or name of the payout recipient, telephone number, country of tax residence, TIN, bank account number and bank details.

4. Actions performed with personal data

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymisation, blocking, deletion, destruction — whether or not by automated means.

5. Transfer to third parties

I agree to the transfer of personal data, to the extent necessary for the stated purposes:

  • to providers of AI models and cloud services that carry out the generation of Content, including those located outside the Russian Federation and the Kyrgyz Republic (list — https://promoos.tech/en/subprocessors);
  • to the payment partner Lava.top and other payment partners indicated on the Site;
  • to Telegram Messenger Inc. — for acceptance of payments in Telegram Stars;
  • to the Ayrshare service (USA) and the social networks to which I have connected an account — for publishing Content on my instructions;
  • to the Partner through whose referral link or promo code I registered — my name, email address, registration date and information on whether payment has been made, so that the Partner can remind me about the Service. I may require the Partner to stop contacting me by sending a request to support@promoos.tech;
  • to banks and payment institutions — for the payment of partner remuneration;
  • to the Yandex Metrica web analytics service — subject to my consent to analytical cookies.

6. Cross-border transfer

I have been informed that, in order to generate Content, my prompts and uploaded files may be transferred to AI providers whose servers are located outside the Russian Federation, including in the USA, the People’s Republic of China, Singapore and countries of the European Union (list — https://promoos.tech/en/subprocessors), and I agree to such transfer. If I pay in Telegram Stars, payment information is also processed on Telegram’s servers outside the Russian Federation. If I connect social media accounts, the data for publication are processed by the Ayrshare service in the USA. My registration data and payment history are stored on servers located in the territory of the Russian Federation.

7. Term and withdrawal

This consent remains in effect until the Account is deleted or until the consent is withdrawn. I may withdraw my consent by sending a request to support@promoos.tech or by deleting the Account. After withdrawal, the Operator ceases processing and destroys the personal data within the periods established by law, except for data whose storage is mandatory by law. Withdrawal of consent makes further use of the Service impossible.

8. Miscellaneous

I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age and that I have read the Privacy Policy (https://promoos.tech/en/privacy).

Consent to the processing of facial images and voice recordings for the AI avatar and voice clone features is given separately upon the first use of those features (https://promoos.tech/en/face-voice-consent). Consent to receive marketing messages is given separately and is not a condition for using the Service (https://promoos.tech/en/marketing-consent).
