This is an English translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version published at https://promoos.tech/services prevails.

This document forms an integral part of the Public Offer (https://promoos.tech/en/terms) and describes exactly what the User pays for, how payment is made and how access is provided. The service provider is OsOO «Promoos» («PromoOS» LLC) (Kyrgyz Republic, TIN (INN) 00906202610151).

1. What the User Pays For

1.1. The User pays for the right to use the PromoOS online service (https://account.promoos.tech) on the terms of the selected Plan: access to the Service's features for the paid period and the Generation Allowance (texts, images, videos, content plans, advertising, publications and other output specified in the Plan).

1.1.1. Unless otherwise specified in the Plan, in each calendar month no more than 60 publications to connected accounts, analysis of no more than 60 bloggers' publications and no more than 5 GB in the Service's file storage are available (clause 5.3.1 of the Offer).

1.2. The Service is provided only in electronic form via the internet. No physical goods or media are transferred, and no delivery is made.

1.3. The composition and prices of Plans are published on the Site and in the Service interface. The price stated at the time of payment does not change during the paid period.

2. How Payment Is Made

2.1. Payment is made by bank card through the payment partner Lava.top on a secure payment page. Card details are entered on the payment partner's side; the Company does not receive or store them.

2.1.1. A Plan may be paid for in Telegram Stars. Stars are purchased from Telegram under its rules. The price of a Plan in Stars is shown before payment.

2.2. When paying by card, prices are stated in US dollars. When paying with a card issued by a Russian bank, the amount is charged in roubles at the exchange rate set by the payment partner at the time of payment. When paying with a card issued by a foreign bank, the amount is charged in US dollars or euros.

2.2.1. Prices are stated exclusive of value added tax and sales taxes of the User's country. If such a tax is payable by the buyer, it is added to the price and shown before payment (clause 5.2.1 of the Offer).

2.3. The User's bank may charge its own fee for the transaction. Such a fee is not included in the price of the Plan and is not reimbursed by the Company.

2.4. If a Plan provides for auto-renewal, the payment for the next period is charged automatically on the end date of the current period. The Company notifies the User of the upcoming charge by email no later than 3 days in advance. Auto-renewal is disabled in the Account settings no later than 24 hours before the charge date.

3. Free Plan and Trial Period

3.1. The terms of the free Plan and the trial period — scope, duration and limitations — are stated on the Site and in the Service before they begin.

3.2. If an automatic transition to a paid Plan is provided for after the trial period, before the trial period begins the User sees the price and the date of the first charge and separately consents to automatic charging. A reminder of the first charge is sent no later than 3 days in advance (for a trial period shorter than 7 days — no later than 24 hours in advance). The transition may be declined in the Account settings before the charge date.

4. How Access Is Provided

4.1. Access to the paid Plan is opened automatically in the User's Account immediately after the payment partner confirms the payment, as a rule within a few minutes.

4.2. Confirmation of payment is sent to the email address provided at the time of payment.

4.3. The paid period runs from the date of payment. The unused Generation Allowance may be carried over to the next period only if this is expressly stated in the Plan.

4.4. If access has not been opened within 1 hour after payment, the User should write to support@promoos.tech, stating the Account email address and the date of payment.

5. When a Service Is Deemed Rendered

5.1. A service is deemed rendered in respect of each generation at the moment the Service processes the User's corresponding request (clause 5.3 of the Offer).

5.2. The terms and calculation of refunds are set out in the Refund Policy (https://promoos.tech/en/refund).

6. Payment by Invoice for Legal Entities

6.1. Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs may pay for a Plan by invoice. To obtain an invoice, write to support@promoos.tech, stating the name, TIN (INN), the Account email address and the selected Plan.

6.2. Access is opened after the funds are received in the Company's account.
